YANTRA. In India, sacred geometric patterns, known as yantra, are used as an aid to meditation and to call up aspects of divinity. B.K.S. Iyengar describes asana, each one of which also has it's own precise geometrical shape, as meditation in action. This film combines images based on film footage of B.K.S.
